Koipondcondo is designed to coalesce that space. The musical arrangements are forged with a stream of consciousness approach, and later refined to create intentional story-like pivots and arcs in which the journey unfolds.

The use of long-form composition techniques produces a space for the listener to fully immerse themselves in the narrative.

The debut album ‘i: Know’ features four tracks that, when listened in succession, document the shifting lucidity of the protagonist as they come to realize their toils in the modern world. Past, present, and future are illuminated in sequence to aid in reconciliation of all that defines us.

The artwork of ‘i: Know’, crafted by international artist Mark M. Mellon, visualizes the story presented through the usage of captivating surreal landscapes and compositional elements reminiscent of the brutalist art movement, all assimilated with his own signature approach. Using a collage of landscape photography, cosmic vistas, artist sculptures, painted scenes, and digital manipulation, Mark was able to perfectly capture the unfolding events of ‘i: Know’ and the narrative woven through the lyrics and sounds of Koipondcondo.
